Website
The Contest takes place via the website www.adsonbreak.cz.
Contest Period
The Contest runs from 2 March 2026 (9:00 a.m.) to 30 March 2026 (11:59 p.m.).
Participation Conditions
The aim is to promote KitKat brand products. Participation in the Contest is free of charge and voluntary. The Contest is not linked to the purchase of any product. To participate, contestants must meet the conditions set out in these rules.
Only natural persons aged 18 or over residing in the Czech Republic who comply with the Contest rules may participate (hereinafter "Contestant"). Persons under 18 may participate only with the consent of their legal guardian. The Organiser or Administrator may at any time request that a Contestant under 18 provide written consent from their legal guardian. If the Contestant fails to submit such consent within 5 days of being asked, the Organiser or Administrator is entitled to disqualify the Contestant without compensation.
All persons employed by or in a similar relationship with the Organiser or Administrator who are directly involved in the organisation and evaluation of the Contest, as well as persons closely related to them within the meaning of Section 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, are excluded from the Contest. Other employees of the Organiser or Administrator, and persons closely related to them, are not excluded from participation.
Contest Mechanics
Contestants participate via the Website. To enter the prize draw, the Contestant must, during the contest period within the city of Prague, find and photograph a citylight advertising panel that is part of the contest campaign and is marked with a distinctive graphic motif consisting of an irregular geometric pattern of light and dark rectangular (pixel) shapes, without any text (hereinafter "Contest Photo").
The citylights are located at various publicly accessible places in Prague (e.g. at public transport stops, streets or squares) and all contain the same or visually similar graphic motif enabling their unambiguous identification as contest advertising panels.
After taking the Contest Photo, the Contestant uploads it via the Website. An automatic check will then verify whether the uploaded photo meets the contest conditions, in particular through automated evaluation using an artificial intelligence (LLM) tool.
If the Contest Photo is evaluated as meeting the contest conditions and the Contestant is within the prize limit, the Contestant will be asked to enter their phone number. A unique code for collecting the prize will then be sent to that number via SMS.
The prize will be awarded to the first 100 Contestants who fulfil all contest conditions, whose Contest Photo is successfully verified and to whom a unique winning code is subsequently sent.
Registration in the Contest requires confirmation that the participant consents to the processing of personal data and the Contest rules. By participating, each Contestant expresses their agreement with the rules.
The winner receives a prize package consisting of KitKat promotional products: a tote bag, sleeping bag, notebook, pen, socks, playing cards and 36 packs of KitKat 2finger.
Each Contestant may participate only once, using one phone number. Participation requires a valid Czech phone number with country code +420.
Prize Notification and Collection
Winners will be notified via SMS sent to the phone number provided on the Website. The SMS will contain a unique winning code for collecting the prize.
The winner is fully responsible for protecting, storing and using the winning code. The Organiser is not responsible for misuse of the winning code by a third party, or for its loss, theft or unauthorised use. The prize will be issued to the person who presents a valid winning code upon collection.
If the winner fails to collect the prize by 31 March 2026, the entitlement to the prize lapses without compensation and the prize is forfeited to the Organiser. The Organiser is not responsible for non-delivery of the SMS due to reasons on the part of the winner, the mobile operator or other third parties. The winner is not entitled to any other prize or alternative consideration beyond what is expressly stated in these rules.
